Almost Avengers: Marvel movies that never happened
There were several films scheduled earlier for production before the Marvel Cinematic Universe but never happened such as Iron Man starring Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio as Spider-Man, and many more. Marvel movies like Avengers: Endgame and the upcoming Black Widow include various stars playing comic book heroes such as George Clooney, Tom Selleck, and the wife of David Bowie. However, all of these have not appeared in Marvel movies, but nearly they did. There were a lot of TV shows and films planned long before the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but they never happened. There were some rumors regarding Tom Cruise playing as a replacement for Iron Man in the upcoming film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
